All rates are quoted in US Dollars and can be paid in cash using US Dollars or the Thai Baht equivalent. However, whenever payment is made by credit card the Thai Baht equivalent will be charged at the prevailing exchange rate.
All rates are subject to service charge, V.A.T., and provincial tax. Any introduction of new government taxes or charges will be charged as appropriate and will be advised at time of booking.

Cancellations can be made 24 hours in advance and every cancellation will be given a cancellation code. Not fulfilling a confirmed booking or canceling less than 24 hours before arrival will result in a "no show" charge of one night being charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking.

• No extra charge for children under 12 years occupying same room as parents although breakfast will be charged at 50% of the adult charge
