  • Check in/Check out time is 12:00 (noon).
    Extra Charges for early check in after 07.00 hr. = 50% or before 07.00 hr. = 100% of the rental rate.
    Extra Charges for late check out before 18.00 hr. = 50% or after 18.00 hr. = 100% of the rental rate.
    All of the above mentioned early check in & late check out are subjected to room availability and at the approval by the management of Center Point.
  • Cancellation
    In the event of cancellation after reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation charge are payable.
    1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit  card processing fee of 5%.
    2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 3 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit  card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
    3) No refund in case of guest's no show.
