LOCATION : Suanthip Vana in Thai means "Royal Forest". And here you will indeed be welcomed like a special and royal guest. Our Resort is set amidst the lush forest of Chiang Rai. Suanthip Vana is located at Amphur Mae Suay, a one-hour flight north of Bangkok. Our Resort is an easy one to one-and-a-half hour drive from the cities of either Chiang Rai or Chiang Mai. (70 km from Chaing Rai / 107 km from Chaing Mai) You can travel to the Golden Triangle and the Thai Burmese Border. You can visit ancient temples at Chaing Saen or journey by boat along the Mae Khong River. So much to see and do in the surrounding countryside, or you can enjoy many activities right in the beautiful Resort grounds.

Some 70Km from Chiang Rai and 107Km from Chiang Mai, Suan Thip Vana Resort is easily accessible from both cities. Transportation from either city to the resort is available upon request. The resort is woven into a hillside location amongst orchards, overlooking the Mae Nam Lao River.
