If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.

If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.

If you fail to cancel your reservation, and/or do not check- in to a confirmed hotel, you will be charged 1 night room rate plus Bank Charges 5% will be levied by hotel or ‘www.asianetonline.com’’.
