With 14 dedicated meeting rooms, Plaza Athénée Bangkok, A Royal Méridien Hotel is simply ideal for every type of event.

There are also two board rooms and six purpose built meeting rooms which can accommodate meetings of between 10 and 75 persons.
Meeting Packages:
Included in the package are audio-visual equipment, board, flipcharts, stationery, phone, fax, and internet facilities, drinking water and candies, podium and signs as required and flowers.

Banquets

From the grandness of the welcoming lobby, up the decorated centre-piece stairways leading to the imposing and spacious pre-function area and into the splendour of the gold decored Grand Ballroom, you can get the picture of the total setting for a truly magnificent function. For a wedding, cocktail reception or a meeting, the Ballroom and the pre-function area can accommodate up to 1,500 persons and for a gala dinner 700 persons. We are very pleased to arrange special banquets or theme parties to suit all occasions.

The Rain Tree Coffee Shop on the ground floor serves meals 24 hours.	The Smooth CurryThai Restaurant on third serves authentic Thai food.
The Silk Road Chinese Restaurant on third serves popular Cantonese meals.	The Reflexions International Restaurant on third, on two floors, is for a meal with a difference, entertainment and bar.
The View (Pool Bar & Snacks) on fourth floor serves breakfast, snacks and drinks in the open.	The Glaz Piano Bar on the ground floor plays cool music until the early hours.
