Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya does have extra rollaway beds
and request is subject to availability and prior notice.

Policy
Children below 12 years of age, accompanied by their parents,
enjoy complimentary stay in the room, with a maximum of two
children per room or 2 adults and 2 children, a total of 4 persons.
Breakfast for children below 12 years is chargeable at 50% of
the adult price.

Period
of Occupancy & Day Use Rates
Vacant room will be available for occupancy after 14:00 hours
on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late check-out
is subject to room availability. Rooms used from 12:00 hours to
18:00 hours on the day of departure will be charged at the day
use rate, (i.e. 50% of room rates). Rooms occupied beyond 18:00
hours will be charged at the room rate, unless specified otherwise
in writing by The Hotel. |

Payment
Valid credit card number with expire date are required to guarantee
the booking.
Cancellation
- No Penalty
- Written cancellation notice received prior to the arrival
date for the period specified:
High Season - Between 01 Nov 01 - 30 Apr 02 : 21 days
written notice of cancellation prior to arrival. For the Peak
Period, between 25 Dec 01 - 10 Jan 02 : 45 days written
notice of cancellation prior to arrival.
Low Season - Between 01 May 02 - 31 Oct 02 : 7 days
written notice of cancellation prior to arrival.
- Penalty
A written cancellation notice received less than the above
stipulated time frames, prior to the arrival, or should a
room reservation result in a "No Show", a minimum
charge of one night's room rate, will be charged to your account.
For Peak Period, i.e. 25 Dec 01 - 10 Jan 02, a written cancellation
notice received less than the stipulated time frames, prior
to the arrival date, a penalty of 3 nights of the room rate
will be charged to your account.
