The owners and developers of Rabbit Resort, Paisan and Deborah Bundityanond, have more than 50 years combined experience in real estate development in the United States and Thailand. Cumulatively, they have acted as research, sales, and marketing consultants for more than 600 projects worldwide. In Thailand, they have assisted with developing more than 40,000 housing units.

Upon returning to Thailand in 1989, Mr. Paisan founded the Real Estate Brokers Association for the country and served as it's president for 6 years. During the 12 years living in the United States, he achieved the highest accreditation for real estate as a CCIM and was an accredited real estate broker.
